The location is perfect, right in the center of Oaxaca, allowing for easy walks to the cathedral and other attractions. However, my room was less than expected; I booked a master suite, but received what seemed like a regular room, which was quite small and lacked proper amenities. The service was friendly, but I faced issues with the coffee charging at the lobby that should have been complimentary for guests.

I had an really good stay at Quinta Real Oaxaca, surrounded by its stunning architecture and lush gardens. The location is perfect, just a short walk to city landmarks and surrounded by great dining options. While my initial room was a bit underwhelming, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped me switch to a much more pleasant room overlooking the pool. The breakfast was good, though I found it to be a bit hit or miss some mornings. Overall, I can't wait to return!
